Good 'ol Frostop!

So, My bro.-n-law Wyatt's family now own Frostop, so we like to go there to support and come on, let's face it, their food is yummy and love love love their ice cream! I had none of it on Sat. when we went! WHy?! I'll tell you why! We get there with my sis. and her hubby and kids and are waiting in line to order ours. Gracie is a little fussy and really quiet at the same time! I was busy taking care of Savanna to really worry or be concerned about this...'til MO handed her to me to get our ice cream! SHe was so sad and just was laying against me when it happened! Throw up all over me! It was so chunky! I felt so bad for her 'cuz she wanted to lay back against me again, but I was trying to not get it all over her face! So, I'm holding this girl, holding all the throwup on me as to not get it all over and Mo is trying to hurry and get savanna taken care of to come help me! AS you can imagine, the throwup smell to anyone is less than desirable, but my stomach is already beyond queasy so you can imagine how it was for me! I had to do everything not throw up myself! WE got gracie naked and mo washed out her clothes, then I was wiping it off me, knowing there is no way I can sit here in this shirt, so now I own a FRostop shirt! THe owner, Kim Garrett, wyatts dad wouldn't let me pay for it! So thank you fRostop! Gracie was back to her happy self after, and I couldn't even look at any food for a couple of hours! Good times Good times! YOu may be asking yourself what has the flower to do with anything, I'll tell you, I picked the wrong photo and my computer is acting funny and i can't erase it, so oh well!

Tell your computer thank you for us all. - The pic of the flower is nice compared to any number of pictures you could have taken to share your lovely incident with us.
So sorry - kudos to you for keeping your cool. And your stomach. :)
Glad to know, by the way, that my computer isn't the only one that is occaionally handicapped.
Love you!

I'm sorry to hear about your not-so-fun outing! I hope you're all feeling okay now!

To answer your question: nope, not in the nursing program yet. The application date is Sept. 1st to get into the Spring 09 program. (Cross your fingers for me!) Right now I'm just finishing up my second Anatomy and Physiology class and then I'll take Microbiology this fall. Then I'll be all ready to start the RN program. That's awesome you're thinking of doing it too! I absolutely LOVE going to school right now. I have really been enjoying it. It is a huge challenge though with my girls. I only study at night so that it doesn't affect them any more than it has to. I'm a little worried about the program though - I've heard it's very hard. Hopefully I can still get by without taking away any of my mommy time! :o) I'll keep ya updated!!

Oh sad! I remember times when I thought that I would never be able to have a normal day going out with children. Because they were always screaming, having a blow-out, puking, needing a nap or just being so demanding that I can't communicate with other people...but I promise they get a little older and a lot less crazy. We had our share of throwing up on our vacay...you can read all about it on my blog when I get around to sharing.
we have never been to Frostop..but the book modest proposal is all about a girl who grew up in St. George(written by a lady from here) and when I read it they talked about Frostop several times and I have been craving it ever since...so maybe one of these days we'll have to get around to that double date we have been talking about and go there. Cool, that they gave you a free shirt! And I was enticed to read by that picture of the flower..its a nice picture. hope to see you soon!
